In mother nature, there are various types of mutually useful relationships that exist between diverse creatures. The most common some may be symbiotic, where two microorganisms interact with each other pertaining to mutual benefits. In the same way, some types are also parasitic, where they live inside the host and directly obtain nutrients out of it.

Another type of mutually beneficial relationship is saprophytic, where microbes derive their nutrition by dead or decaying matter. Examples of these are generally bacteria and yeast that take refuge in the large intestines to get nitrogen, fungi that grow upon nitrogen deficient garden soil to provide nutrition to additional plants, and lichen that takes protection in basic nodules to aid plants in nitrogen fixation.

Some other examples would be the egret and cattle that roam jointly in areas and obtain food from lush lawn. It is a symbiotic relationship mainly because both pets need the various other to survive.
